Job Description
Drive key metrics such as posting conversion, renewals rate, seller satisfaction, and revenue per seller. Build a deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor analysis, and user interviews. Leverage data to validate hypotheses and make informed product decisions, through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer interviews and rapid iterations. Build strong discovery + delivery loops by collaborating closely with engineering, design, and analytics to ship high-quality products at speed. Partner closely with commercial teams, central pricing team, Professional monetization teams, marketing to deliver high-impact features. Use AI prototyping tools to test early ideas, optimize flows, and accelerate learning. Balance short-term wins and long-term strategy, continuously improving both consumer selling experience and monetisation opportunities.
