Job Description
The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps to create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project coordination including timeline, requirements gathering, UAT, quality, and training. You'll also meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into specific deliverables, proactively identify gaps within our internal systems and processes, and partner with our Enablement team in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.
