Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer with a strong background in medical imaging and healthcare IT to join our growing team. In this critical role, you’ll be the technical backbone for deploying, integrating, and supporting our imaging solutions across hospitals, imaging centres, and radiology groups. As a senior member of the Technical Services team, you’ll not only handle complex integrations and escalations but also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical process improvements, and act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities include lead the end-to-end technical implementation of our imaging solution, architect and configure integrations with PACS, RIS, and EMR’s, troubleshoot complex issues involving DICOM, HL7, VPNs, and secure image routing, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and mentor junior engineers. Required skills include 5+ years of experience in a technical services role, advanced knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and radiology workflows, hands-on experience with PACS/RIS systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
