Role Overview:
- Lead a variety of client projects, typically one to two per year, as a lead technologist.
- Make immediate contributions, rapidly build trust, and manage high-level roadmaps.
- Balance technology choices with deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of proven success leading software development engagements.
- Deep expertise in languages like Java, C#/.NET, Python, and TypeScript.
- Experience with AI/ML, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead architecture discussions, collaborate on full ML lifecycle systems.
- Mentor colleagues, lead feedback sessions, and maintain client relationships.
- Identify blockers, mitigate risks, and drive team progress.
