You will rapidly build trust with clients, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding of their domain. You will guide technical direction, solve complex problems, and demonstrate best practices while engaged within the codebase. You will also advise clients on architecture, scalability and platform evolution, connecting technical decisions to product and business outcomes.

Focus on identifying and securing new client partnerships that drive meaningful business outcomes guiding prospects through a thoughtful and consultative sales process, aligning their strategic goals with our technical capabilities. Bringing discipline and curiosity through the sales cycle is core to your approach, uncovering business needs, shaping tailored solutions, and partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As a lead technologist on projects, you’ll work with a variety of clients, typically one to two in a year, through a variety of technologies and frameworks. You’ll lead complicated projects, leading teams to do so, working with colleagues who share your passion for technology solutions. You’ll invest time developing your skills and sharing what you know, making immediate contributions to projects and rapidly building trust with clients.
