Who You Are:
- You have 10+ years in custom software consultancies with presence on both business and delivery sides.
- You communicate fluently with engineers and executives and bring strong technical judgment.
- You lead by influence and have a public presence that attracts senior talent.
What You'll Do:
- Join deal teams to win engagements and stay involved on key accounts.
- Represent the firm at events and build partner relationships.
- Drive go-to-market direction and mentor the internal technical community.
