Job Description

As a Talent Operations Associate on Garner’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about process.  This position is fully remote. You will schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment, manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status. You will also build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication. You will document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement. The role also involves delivering stellar candidate experience and building interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Garner is presented. Also, you will pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team and maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse). You will also support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed.
