Job Description
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Treasury Platform team, you will be a top engineering leader and a domain expert in one or more areas of the platform. You will lead the technical direction of your team, tackling complex challenges and providing hands-on contributions as a full-stack leader. This role involves significant mentorship, where you will support the growth of other engineers and team leaders. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in product, design, and quality assurance to enhance our system capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving team objectives, influencing the long-term product roadmap, and advancing our technical vision for the Treasury platform.
You will design and architect complex systems for the Treasury Platform with the team, actively participating in design reviews and advancing design patterns throughout the organization. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their growth and development by upholding the highest bar of quality and operational metrics. You will Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the team meets project timelines and that solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy. You will own monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving wide-spanning production issues within the Treasury Platform and across systems and teams.
