Lead, build, and drive the customer engagement engine by defining the strategy, operating model, and KPIs. Own the customer journey, architecting a journey that blends tech-touch, high-touch, and AI-driven automation. Identify risks early, shape interventions, and solve customer challenges before they become churn drivers.

Build and lead a high-velocity team by recruiting and developing top talent. Provide hands-on leadership, jumping into accounts, demos, strategy reviews, and customer escalations. Develop hybrids, creating a new class of Customer Engagement Managers who blend AI-enabled growth marketing expertise with client management.

Be the customer’s loudest and smartest voice internally, closing the loop with the Product team. Partner with Sales & Renewals to align on client strategy and messaging. Shape training and enablement to help customers 'get it' faster.
