Sr. Specialist, SAP Order to Cash (OTC) – Key User

Role Overview:

• Serve as the SAP OTC Key User and functional SME for Order-to-Cash processes in a modern S/4HANA environment.
• Act as a bridge between business operations and technology teams to ensure stable and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line functional support for customer operations teams and resolve SAP issues related to orders, pricing, billing, and returns.
• Lead functional testing activities including test planning, documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and using SAP analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of SAP OTC functional experience with strong hands-on SAP SD skills.
• Experience with S/4HANA environments and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
