Grantmaking & Grantee Relationships:
- Lead RCCF's grantmaking strategy focused on geography, organizing capacity, and equitable investment.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with grantee partners and ensure their perspectives inform funding decisions.
- Evolve practices that center transparency, trust, and community expertise.
Fund Development & Funder Engagement:
- Develop and execute a robust fundraising strategy to sustain and expand the Fund's philanthropic constituency.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with current and prospective funders across issue areas.
- Lead funder education on grassroots organizing as a strategy for child care change.
Leadership, Communications & Partnerships:
- Provide strategic leadership to RCCF staff and consultants, setting priorities and shaping the team.
- Build partnerships with movement and advocacy organizations at local, state, and national levels.
- Shape communications to elevate grantee work and make a compelling case for sustained investment.
Early Childhood Funders Collaborative
The Early Childhood Funders Collaborative (ECFC) brings together national, regional, and local funders to support young children and families through shared learning and collaborative funding. It is a fiscally sponsored project of TSNE, with a small team dedicated to advancing equity-focused early childhood policies.
