About Propel America:

The Role:
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value philanthropic relationships, securing significant multi-year commitments.
- Develop annual and multi-year fundraising strategies, ensuring a healthy and diversified pipeline.
- Build effective development systems and partner with the CEO on executive fundraising.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $124,000–$168,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.
