About the Role:
- Lead Recidiviz's fundraising team and ensure sufficient philanthropic capital to achieve ambitious goals.
- Secure $20M+ in philanthropic capital in the coming year, balancing big bets and steady-state fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary relationship holder for high-diligence funders, translating data-driven impact into compelling cases.
- Set and execute fundraising strategy, working closely with leadership to meet growth targets.
- Lead and develop the fundraising team, building efficient systems and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience in nonprofit development leadership with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and comfort with quantitative funders.
- Strong people-management and communication skills to represent the mission persuasively.
