Role:
- Reports directly to the Head of Development while working closely with the CDO, CEO, and other key departments.
- Requires professionalism, optimism, and ease in engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet significant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for calls, emails, appointments, solicitations, and revenue growth.
- Qualify current online donors, prospect for new donor opportunities, and maintain accurate donor records in CRM.
- Represent PragerU at events and collaborate with the development team on fundraising strategies.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or sales/business development.
- Strong alignment with PragerU's principles and conservative values.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% of the time.
