Sr. Officer, U.S. Philanthropy

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to significantly broaden and deepen the base of support from major donors in the region.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 major donors and foundations, cultivating and stewarding relationships to increase funding.
• Collaborate with IJM leaders globally and the HQ events team to design engagement opportunities and regional events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of fundraising or equivalent sales experience required.
• Proven track record of securing $1M+ annually from major donors and foundations, including principal-level gifts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage high-potential donors clearly and passionately.
