About the Role:
- Direct fundraising efforts to secure catalytic capital from philanthropists.
- Oversee donor engagement and maintain CRM records.
- Represent Prime externally as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10-12+ years of experience in fundraising or impact investing.
- Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar gifts.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of 2-5 members.
- Serve as strategic thought partner to senior leadership.
- Liaise with program-specific teams on campaigns.
