Role focus:
- Grow philanthropic support by cultivating individual donors, philanthropic advisors, and donor-advised fund partners.
- Manage a donor portfolio, build pathways to major giving, and strengthen donor relationships through personalized engagement.
- Represent Kiva in donor conversations and support thought leadership through articles and events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships, including donor cultivation and stewardship.
- Strong writing and editing skills to turn complex impact data into compelling proposals and reports.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and collaborating across teams.
