Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Director in local fundraising strategy to meet or exceed chapter revenue goals of at least $100,000 annually.
- Build and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, cultivating them through the full donor lifecycle toward solicitation.
- Support grant writing, donor events, and represent Blue Star Families at community events to elevate mission visibility.

- Candidates with 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience and a proven track record in individual giving, corporate sponsorships, or grant writing.
