Duties:
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective donors, corporate partners, and grant opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and funding applications.
- Manage the grants pipeline, donor stewardship, and fundraising analytics.
Experience and Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Communications, or related field with 5+ years of progressive development experience.
- Demonstrated success in donor prospecting, pipeline management, and securing funding from individuals, corporations, and grant-making organizations.
- Proficiency with fundraising tools like Bloomerang and Asana, and strong analytical skills.
