Role Overview:
- The Corporate Development Manager (CDM) will join iMentor’s 10-person Development team, focused on raising $22M.
- Reporting to the Managing Director of Institutional Partnerships, the CDM provides research, writing, and grants management support for corporate portfolio growth.
- Responsibilities include 50% development writing and 50% grants and moves management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write proposals and grant reports for 50-75 national institutional partners in the $100K-$1M giving range.
- Manage internal grants and stewardship calendars, logging contacts and deliverables in Salesforce.
- Draft outreach materials, meeting agendas, and decks, while qualifying corporate prospects.
Qualifications and Culture:
- Requires 5 years professional experience, with 3+ years in grants management and proposal writing in nonprofit.
- Exceptional project management and Salesforce skills are mandatory.
