Own and grow a portfolio of foundation and philanthropic funders across the full funding lifecycle.
Develop and execute annual engagement plans with clear objectives for cultivation and solicitation.
Research and qualify new funding prospects that align with organizational priorities.

Proposals, Reporting and Compliance:

Lead complex proposal development from opportunity assessment to submission, ensuring coherent final products.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs for timely, high-quality reporting and full compliance with grant terms.
Collaborate with legal and internal teams on grant agreements and partnership documentation.

External Engagement and Representation:

Represent the organization with funders and at key events, communicating mission and strategy.
Coordinate donor field visits and joint communications with the Communications team.
Maintain disciplined use of pipeline tools to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
