Role Overview:
- This is an opportunity to join a rapidly advancing nonprofit at a key inflection point, reporting to the Executive Head of Development & Communications.
- The Director of Development will lead day-to-day management of the fundraising function, building a high-performing team and strengthening operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Development team, providing strong management and support.
- Oversee donor stewardship for institutional funders, foundations, and major donors.
- Strengthen development operations including CRM, pipeline management, and grant management.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success leading development teams within a nonprofit organization.
- Significant experience managing donor stewardship programs for institutional funders.
- Proven ability to build fundraising systems and scalable development infrastructure.
