Position Summary:
- The Development Manager executes revenue-generating activities advancing philanthropic goals with a focus on donor stewardship, retention, and grant writing.
- This is a hands-on role for a fundraiser comfortable stewarding donors, writing grant proposals, and running campaign dashboards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship program, grow the monthly giving program, and manage the matching gift program.
- Write grant proposals, maintain a grants calendar, and track grant performance with full compliance.
- Plan fundraising events, manage sponsor benefits, and oversee pledge accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional fundraising experience with donor stewardship, retention, and grant writing success.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and a bachelor's degree preferred.
