General Description:
- Assist the Executive Director with local fundraising strategy to meet or exceed chapter revenue goals.
- Build and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and steward donor relationships.
- Align local fundraising with Blue Star Families' mission and organizational goals.
Key Job Functions:
- Meet or exceed annual fundraising goal of at least $100,000.
- Collaborate with the national Development team to identify funding opportunities.
- Maintain accurate donor records in CRM and assist with grant proposal writing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant fundraising experience in a nonprofit.
- Demonstrated success in individual giving, corporate sponsorships, or grant writing.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; self-starter.
