Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and actively manage a portfolio of foundation partners with clear strategies for cultivation, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead proposal strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with donor priorities and organizational Theory of Change.
  • Proactively research and qualify new foundation prospects to maintain a forward-looking pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in foundation fundraising, including securing and renewing institutional grants.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with ability to translate programs into compelling funding cases.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
