Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow PHA's foundation and government grants portfolio across the full lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute a year-round grants strategy that diversifies the institutional funding base.
  • Write, edit, and manage compelling grant proposals and funder reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of nonprofit development experience with a track record of securing five- and six-figure grants.
  • Exceptional grant writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex program information.
  • Experience building and managing a diversified institutional funding pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 commensurate with experience.
  • Competitive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401K with employer match.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, paid time off during the last week of the calendar year, and 11 paid Federal holidays.
