Position Overview:

  • Repair the World seeks a skilled writer and project manager to lead institutional giving.
  • This role oversees the grants portfolio totaling approximately $13M annually.

Grant Writing and Reporting:

  • Serve as lead grant writer, drafting and submitting proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports.
  • Collaborate with program, evaluation, finance, and leadership staff to gather content and data.
  • Ensure timely submission of all grant deliverables with high standards of clarity and accuracy.

Grants Management and Systems:

  • Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar covering proposals, reports, renewals, and stewardship updates.
  • Develop clear internal processes for grant development across teams.
  • Organize grant records and documentation to support compliance and learning.

Institutional Stewardship and Communications:

  • Support stewardship communications including written updates and impact materials.
  • Partner with frontline fundraisers to ensure timely communication to institutional donors.
  • Supervise Donor Communications Manager to align donor storytelling across all materials.
