Job Description

Own post-sales success and account management for all non-state government customers. Drive expansion through renewals and upsell—delivering $500K+ in net new ARR over the next 12 months. Maintain a customer retention rate of 90% or higher through strategic engagement and proactive support. Build and operationalize a new customer success motion tailored for education customers. Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Product to deliver a seamless, scalable experience. Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team to drive measurable results.
