Product Trainer

Role Overview:

• Responsible for designing and facilitating innovative instructor-led and eLearning solutions for customer-facing field teams.
• Collaborate with General Management, Marketing, Medical, and external vendors to develop learning assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop role-specific curricula and support progression from foundational knowledge to advanced application and thought-leader engagement.
• Conduct ongoing learning needs analyses and adapt training strategies based on internal feedback and field interactions.
• Manage assigned training budgets, support vendor contracts, and lead high-quality training programs.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required with 2-5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred, including sales or sales training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and platform skills with AI fluency.
• Ability to partner across commercial, medical, market access, and patient services functions.
