Responsibilities:
- Independently deliver features end-to-end including backend, infrastructure, and frontend skeleton.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to ship thoughtful solutions.
- Lead tradeoff discussions to remove ambiguity and promote best practices.
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.
- 3+ years of experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages.
- Prior experience with asynchronous event-based systems like SQS, Kafka, or PubSub.
Our Tech Stack:
- Kotlin, Micronaut, PostgreSQL, Redis.
- AWS suite hosted on ECS.
- React, TypeScript, GitHub, Slack, Linear.
