Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver quarterly goals, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems while ensuring support.
- Support peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle, collaborating on ideation and risk assessment.
- Proactively identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues, creating and monitoring metrics for operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
- Proven track record with distributed systems on AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes, establishing technical plans for significant features.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership of growth, proactively seeking feedback from team and stakeholders.
