Role:
- The Director of Digital Production is responsible for operational leadership, production management, and post-production strategy for A+E's Digital Content organization.
- This role oversees production of original short-form digital content and provides leadership across post-production operations, finishing, delivery, and technical workflows.
- The Director serves as the primary production and post-production leader, ensuring projects are planned, resourced, produced, finished, and delivered in alignment with creative and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight for Digital Production and Brand Studio Post, ensuring content is properly planned, produced, finished, and delivered across platforms.
- Lead and performance-manage production managers, coordinators, and post-production teams, ensuring strong ownership, prioritization, and accountability.
- Drive workflow optimization, technical innovation, and adoption of new production technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing production, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of digital content production, video finishing, asset management, quality control, and multi-platform delivery.
