About the Role:
- Manage the technical and operational aspects of the post production automation platform.
- Lead a team of workflow engineers to deliver optimized workflows for broadcast and film.
- Serve as the primary owner for platform health, direction, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define features and prioritize workflow enhancements.
- Manage team workload, project assignments, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 6+ years in Post Production Engineering with automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with Avid, Adobe, Telestream, and cloud automation tools.
