Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients, HNWIs, and counterparties through high-touch service, market insight, and trusted execution.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand client activity, cross-sell products, and grow OTC volumes through relationship-led trading.

Skills You Should Hodl:

8–10+ years of trading experience, with at least 3+ years in spot and derivatives trading across financial services, FX, or crypto.
Proven ability to manage client relationships alongside real-time pricing and execution.
Deep understanding of options pricing, volatility, and client flow risk; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred.
