Job Description
This role is responsible for servicing the South Central territory that includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. Extensive travel (50%), mostly by car with some air travel, will be required. Candidates must reside within the territory, preferably Texas. As a Technical Sales Manager, achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within each of the assigned accounts, in accordance with yearly sales budgets. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, developing customer based strategic plans, establishing relationships, making sales presentations, closing the sale and implementing the startup programs. Engage, retain, and grow existing customers.
