Consulting Services Consultant

The Consulting Services Consultant role at Epicor:

• Participates in consulting engagements and assumes responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables.
• Works independently on smaller projects and interacts with members of cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Identifies issues and risks, reporting them to the Project Manager with suggested directions for resolution.

Requirements of the role:

• Meets utilization targets and completes project deliverables on time to contribute to the project's success.
• Demonstrates a high level of functional knowledge on the modules associated with their respective certification track.
• Possesses strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.

Qualifications needed:

• Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, and establish priorities for available resources.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to ensure projects are well-managed.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing ERP software, such as Epicor, Infor, SAP, Netsuite, IFS, etc.
