Job Description

To make sure our customers have an awesome experience, you'll be the mastermind behind reviewing customer documents to verify their identities. Evaluating risks associated with customer profiles and financial transactions, monitoring ongoing transactions (including withdrawals) for unusual activity, and reporting suspicious transactions according to the escalation guidelines. Keeping precise and comprehensive records of document verification processes and customer data. Handling and sharing sensitive information securely and appropriately.
