Counsel, Commercial Law

The Counsel, Commercial Law will be an integral member of the Legal team at Articulate. This role involves delivering legal counsel aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements; providing practical legal guidance; and contributing to the development of the Legal team’s processes. The role requires partnering with various teams, aligning with organizational goals, and assisting with coordination of outside counsel. It also includes improving contract processes, identifying legal and business risks, and participating in the development of legal department policies.
