Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will support the assigned Compliance Project Manager or Compliance Manager/Director. The duties include data entry, gathering and updating tracking systems, preparation of documents and reports, and document storage - cloud/shared drives (uploading, document management). The role will process applicable Helpdesk tickets efficiently and promptly, perform HUD EIV reporting and tracking (if applicable), and assist with audits and reporting as needed, including collaborating with team members to gather necessary information and documentation. The person will maintain effective communication with internal staff and onsite staff, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Compliance team members. Overnight and air travel may be required, with proper notice (if applicable).
