Job Description
The Business Analyst is required to be an expert in analyzing billing methodologies, regulations and related billing best practices to establish and maintain an optimum client billing program that meets clients’ goals. Project manage and deliver approximately 50 risk and recovery assessments per month, including client-facing presentations. Analyze utility billing setups for multifamily assets and recommend based on findings and best practices. Communicate risk and recovery findings to clients and translate client decisions into technical setup instructions.
