GeneDx is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead a team to execute sales goals across New England. This role focuses on expanding access to GeneDxβs genetic testing solutions within the General Pediatrics patient population. The Regional Sales Director will drive regional performance, support team members in cultivating strong provider relationships, and ensure successful adoption of genetic testing solutions. This individual will guide and mentor a team of sales representatives and partner with the National Sales Director to execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include achieving regional sales goals, recruiting and training a team of Regional Account Executives, providing mentorship and professional development, and spending time in the field to provide guidance and feedback. The role also involves managing the regionβs budget, analyzing performance data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless integration into the GeneDx culture.
