Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive partner ecosystem growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding key distributors, VARs, and MSPs in Germany.
  • Enable partner sales teams through comprehensive onboarding and co-selling support for complex enterprise deals.
  • Represent Syteca at industry events and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven success in channel management, partner management, or indirect sales within a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong network of IT distributors, resellers, and system integrators in the German market.
  • Native-level German and professional English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
