Training Focus: Designs and delivers impactful sales and commercial training programs. Partners with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. Ensures that content is kept up to date and effective.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with commercial stakeholders. Ensures effective execution of business strategies. Manages multiple projects and vendors.
Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a scientific discipline; MBA preferred. Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, sales management, or account management. Must be proficient in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
