About the role:
- Lead the delivery team, managing workloads.

- Act as the central point of contact for delivery.
- Drive clear communication and alignment across a remote team.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including performance management, coaching and development.
- Demonstrated experience managing workloads and making effective resourcing decisions to support delivery.
