Job Description
The Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager will own end-to-end delivery of client engagements across multiple workflows and domains. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, risk management, and retrospective analysis, as well as acting as the primary point of contact for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams of 30–100+ professionals, define team structures, monitor workloads, and optimize efficiency. You will also monitor and improve KPIs such as AHT, throughput, quality scores, and defect rates. Analyze large datasets to develop and monitor quality frameworks.
