GTM Engineer

About the Role:

• Join a high-impact role at the intersection of revenue strategy and technical execution.
• Turn sales, marketing, and customer success workflows into compounding, measurable systems.
• Report to the Sr. Manager of GTM Engineering and work closely with revenue leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build enrichment waterfalls, lead scoring models, and CRM sync pipelines.
• Administer Gong and build Flows and coaching triggers.
• Ship AI-powered automations using LLM APIs integrated into Clay, Salesforce, and Outreach.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations.
• Deep, hands-on experience building in Clay.
• Gong administration experience and Salesforce administration skills.
