Service Operations Intern (GPSU/Mid-A)

This role will engage in the coordination of resources assigned to technical projects while providing “Wow Them” service to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers. The Service Ops Intern will be required to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and strong business acumen to drive the use of programs that align delivery business objectives and priorities. Use internal tools and processes to generate service quotes, help scope and track opportunities, and process and close opportunities. Understand and suggest ongoing process improvements for the engagement lifecycle. Assist Project Managers with preparations for internal and external project kick off meetings to include but not limited to presentation decks, meeting notes, coordination, scheduling, and facilitating. Assist Project Managers with project plan development, as it is required in the SOW or requested by the practice.
