What You'll Do In Your First 30 Days:
- Get up to speed on elk's client accounts, services, processes, and tools.
- Shadow client syncs and client onboarding projects to understand our approach.
By Day 60:
- Fully own 4-6 client accounts, including high-tier or multi-service accounts.
- Lead client calls, manage cross-functional deliverables, and initiate next steps.
By Day 90:
- Own 6-10 client accounts with confidence, including strategic oversight and relationship building.
- Act as a mentor and coach to 1-2 Account Executives.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients across Slack, email, and Asana.
- Collaborate with SEO and Paid Media Strategists to shape strategy and ensure seamless execution.
