Job Description
As a Sales Operations Specialist III (Renewals), you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end renewals lifecycle for Crayon’s software and services portfolio for less than ICP accounts. The primary objective of this role is to secure customer retention, drive renewals revenue, and optimize pricing and cost efficiencies across assigned accounts. Success will be measured by the ability to deliver accurate, timely renewals and maintain strong customer relationships that contribute to account growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include: Pro-active renewals management , ensuring we deliver on-time, accurate renewals offerings whilst optimizing cost and value, Pre- and post-purchase process management , ensuring the best possible price and successful procurement, Collaborating with vendors including Microsoft , AWS , Adobe , and Ingram, Working with internal systems, Driving process improvements in renewals and account operations.
