What you'll be doing:
- Own the performance of Paid Social acquisition, delivering sustainable customer growth across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns, managing budgets to meet growth and efficiency targets.
- Build and evolve experimentation frameworks across creative, audiences, bidding, and measurement.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment.
- Experienced running high-performing brand and acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Comfortable managing significant budgets and making data-driven decisions.
